TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

PARTITION PROFILES

Window outer profile of frame size of 60w x 58h mm; mullion/transom profile of frame size of 60 x 72h mm and door outer profile of frame size 72w x 60h mm; mullion profile size of 56w x 63h; shutter (sash) profile of frame size of 102w x 60h mm.

HARDWARE

The profile section should be compatible for single glazing using high quality stainless steel Friction stays of 304 Grade and other suitable fixtures.

BEADS

The glazing bead profiles must be co executed with PDM gaskets and conform to the same test as profiles.

GASKET

The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene di-monomer) of high quality with double gasket sealing between the outer frame and the shutter (sash) frame.

GLASS

Hermetically sealed single glass insulated unit using 4 mm thickness frosted glass.

GI REINFORCEMENT

All the profile sections will reinforced with GI sheet of 1.2+_0.5mm thickness. The reinforcement must have cleared a 20 days Salty Spray Test as per ASTM-B-117 guidelines from any testing agency as decided by Engineer-in-charge.

COUPLERS

MS Pipe construction 60x60mm 2mm thickness with painted finish for support.

INSTALLATION

The partitions must be aligned installed using high quality steel fasteners. The outer frame of window and will be sealed with silicone-based sealants from outside and acrylic paintable sealant from inside. Manufacturer or skilled contractor shall do installation. Installation must carry a manufacturing warranty for a period of 3 years against manufacturing defects and 3 years for leak proof installation.
