Dynamic Pass Box
The dynamic pass box is a specialized unit used for the transfer of materials between rooms while maintaining a controlled, sterile environment. It is constructed from either powder-coated mild steel or stainless steel and features an interlocking mechanism that prevents both doors from opening simultaneously, reducing the risk of contamination.
Equipped with LED lighting and UV light for sterilization, it also includes a magnehelic gauge to monitor pressure and HEPA filters (0.23 microns) along with pre-filters (10 microns) for superior air filtration. The motor and blower are dynamically balanced for low noise (65 ± 5 dB) and minimal vibration (less than 2.5 µm), ensuring smooth operation.
